Yup, that's the way it's done! :D Normally only a half size though. If you have naturally tapered feet them it doesn't matter.

Someone told me once that for pointy-toed shoes, you just have to go a half-size up. I don't have this problem - I have quite tapered feet - but can see the logic behind it. :)
