Fair enough. But would it not be possible for someone to start a club along the lines of what I am describing, which is seperate from the Sport and Rec entity? Also, what is 'SA'?

Well that's just the thing, I'm not talking about a sport club. Is there some requirement for clubs centred around exercise which says they can't operate like normal clubs and have different procedures or something?

Fitness courses are not really fitness clubs though. Sort of like a chess school course instead of a club for chess players...or something. I am intruiged nobody has started such a club.

On a related note, are there any clubs which are about general exercise/fitness/strength training/etc as opposed to being based around a single sport or martial art? I looked through the clubs list on the o-week wiki, but was surprised to find no such club =/

I take offence to that, Communism is about freedom and openness - the very opposite of censorship. In fact, you would not be surprised to see CPA (Communist Party of Australia) members at that protest.

That is true, providing Windows 7 will be "good". As for nothing being wrong with Vista...well I used it on a friends computer, took one look at the resource usage, and shat bricks. There is most definately something wrong with it.

One of the issues is that windows 7 plans to be compatible with things designed for vista, yet one of the main reasons why people dislike vista is the lack of adequate support for it in software and hardware, so this chains to windows 7. If it does not use up drastically less system resources...

The problem with staying on XP is that Microsoft keeps threatening to cut off updates. This may be fine for a little while, after they do, but given people buy new computers now and again, they need to reinstall XP, and without updates, it won't take 5 seconds until you're utterly screwed. If...
