    yes ur right, but it shows the gini coefficient from 2003-2006 decreasing (getting closer to 0, thus moving towards equality), then in the answers the one that would create a more equal distribution of income would be B an increase in welfare payments. (giving low income earners more money)

    i was confused on that question too, hahaha, from memory i think it asked to cal. simple multiplier aswell, and there was only one ans with the multiplier as 5, so that had to be it :P

    the scale builds up on electronic devices (such as a kettle) once the water boils in the kettle, the scale (CaCO3) ppt forms and ruins it.

    i think ive done all the experiments, but i couldnt remember them all considering some r like yr ago :P...so just remember the theory behind it, and the likelihood of the experiment turning up in the exam will be pretty low

    it is good to practice essay questions, but as long as you know your theory and about the current economic climate with relavent stats then im sure youll be able to write enough.

    the answer is (a) wording is a bit bad, but it is saying that firms who are currently using labour for their production, will substitue this labour, for capital equipment.

    exchange rates change as a result of a change in the stance of MP, the current relatively high IRs in Aus relative to O/S has caused an apprec. $A. But to influence exhange rates directly the RBA would buy/sell currency/gold reserves on the forex market to influence supply/demand.
