    Chem Eng -> Education

    Also hopefully I could probably put some other courses under gen ed or as electives. Well doing chem in summer sucks but at least you might be able to hex it :P Also I've heard that Dip Ed (1yr course) is being phased out in favor of Masters Teaching (2 year course), this true? edit: With...

    Chem Eng -> Education

    Thanks for the replies. What I'm thinking atm is to switch to BSci+BEdu (a 4 year course) if my wam is high enough. I don't see the point in staying for 5 years all up @ uni if it can be done in 4. Provided I pass this semester, I would have finished Physics 1A, Mats1011, Maths 1131, Eng1000...

    CHEM1031 vs MATS1101

    Which one has more organic chem? In the hsc, I really enjoyed production of materials and chemical monitoring and management. I didn't really like acids too much, and shipwrecks was okay.

    CHEM1031 vs MATS1101

    Looking through the course outline: http://www.che.unsw.edu.au/information-for/ugstudents/courses/BE_CE_3040 After CHEM1011 I'll have to do CHEM1021. If I stay with MATS1101, I'll have to do CEIC1001 after. Wouldn't mats/engineering chem be more relevant and useful and make it easier for 2nd...

    CHEM1031 vs MATS1101

    hmm not sure now. Apparently CHEM1011 is a repeat of yr12 so I don't think they're any point in doing that though.

    Thinking of using Rambo: First Blood as a related text for belonging.

    Personally I think that Fisrt Blood is a very deep and meaningful film, however I suspect that the ladies at the marking center will disagree.

    Need Help With Subjects

    Well I definitely do want to pursue science and am more of a bio/chem guy that a physics guy. Is adv maths recommended at uni as a major or is standard good enough? Also could you please explain by what you mean by open heart surgery derailing a hsc?
