i would say that for the compulsory units, choose australian stuff, cos its all related to australian law, but for the others (esp indigenous peoples) canadian stuff etc is fine

depends on what your two elective units are... we did indigenous peoples and global environment and they were sooooooo good! plus theres so much less content than family or consumers, and less people do those options, so when the examiner reads a global or indigenous essay they just love life...

you should do it at the same time as when you fill out your attendance slip... my surname starts with E so i get in before most people, so i just fill out all the booklets while everyone else is coming in, its not like your flicking through the question paper, they're just blank booklets

if you're only in yr 11, then no, it really doesnt matter. when i was in yr 11 i played sport/coached monday 4.30-8, tuesday 4.30-6, wednesday 4.30-7, thursday 4.30-6 and worked friday afternoons and all day saturday, sometimes sunday as well, and i did pretty well in prelim... it really depends...
