i think someone is telling lies there :) it would be easier to try at school really hard and if u have any sort of misadventure (sickness, close deaths etc) fill in a form and see what happens.. i know a few people that received heaps of extra uai points for some stupid misadventure form...

im a first year student and it was my understanding that uts would send an invoice for the student service fees etc (i think was around $200) from memory. they are supposedly due in about 2 weeks.. i remember seeing the date on the uts site but i cant find it any more.. no invoice for me yet...

i liked the exam. but i agree it hardly tested 20% of the course. but it sure is going to separate the ones who know their stuff from the ones who dont. and thats the purpose of the hsc.
