hey, i did food and hospa last year, and i loved both equally. they are really different courses. hospitality can be fun, but you gotta make it that way-and it fully depends of your teacher and the other people in your class... if they are stuck up and antsy, then hospa wont be much fun at all :(

thats about all you need UAI wise- but the course is pretty difficult if you havent done any sciences- but you can always work your arse off and learn it like i am :D

my food tech assessments were always huge- 10+ pages, but thats not a requirement- just make sure you've covered everything and you'll be sweet :D

coz its science based- your doing experiments on foods really- like make pizza so you can observe the effect of yeasts in the dough. do hospitality to gain cooking skills mate :)

I did obesity for my nutrition assessment- and i think had to choose my words so carefully- that was my 100%er I miss year 12 too. Im gonna miss that cooshy environment of taxing the food tech rooms microwave/oven/fridge/freezer whenever... BUT new times, new experiances and new people- yay...
