Results Are Available! Deary me, results are in and they aren't great. Highest was 32 and lowest was 0 - from what i could see. Average was something like 21.6 :( Anyone disappointed? I sure am. The statement of claim exercise - did anyone pass that without relating the case to torts?

Yep I agree wasn't so bad. It was pretty much straight out of the textbook, if you've read it, it shouldn't be too hard. (hint: use the glossory... saves heaps of time especially if you like me haven't studied for it) At least I can say these questions were somewhat easier to understand...
