so far for quesion 3 i've only found 1 case that's relevant: L. Shaddock v Parra City Council (in pg 135 of textbook). If anyone finds any others let me know! :)

I've done 526 words for q3, think i'll leave it at that. Far out it is SO hard to cut it down when you're over :(

yeah the issue in the case that i used is if the council owed a duty of care for information, or just for advice. The decision was that it did owe a duty of care for info, so im saying that john was owed a duty of care to receive the information from bing lee.

It took me two days simply because its draining and makes you not want to do it anymore. Maybe if you keep thinking its worth 35% tonight you'll keep at it >.<

I only just finished now...

For 2 look around p41
And 3 read Civil Liabilties Act =p
And look anywhere from page 110-139 for the particular cases

Edit: And I didn't do a bibliography, although I bet we need to do one.

Results Are Available!

Deary me, results are in and they aren't great. Highest was 32 and lowest was 0 - from what i could see. Average was something like 21.6 :(

Anyone disappointed? I sure am.

The statement of claim exercise - did anyone pass that without relating the case to torts?

13 students got 0! I cant believe that, why even be at uni if you're not going to do the work? My darling Skittled did fantastically (I'm gushing for him because he's too modest!).
