CML interviews are shit-easy.

the first interview: basically you sit around tables, they give you a scenario, and you gotta discuss with your table. MAKE SURE YOU DOMINATE THE CONVERSATION, but also let others have their input as well. but make sure you come out sounding like an extroverted guy, who's not afraid of strangers.

the second and final interview: basically 40 seconds to stand up in front of everyone and introduce yourself, explain why you wanna work at Myer and what have you got to offer. my tips are: sound confident, sound honest and make sure you have explain clearly why and not dodge the question. oh and dun stutter.

btw, Myer pays shit.

PS, what are the chances of you failing the 1st group interview? Cause obviously they're gonna cut a few people out, and it's obviously gonna be the people who don't really talk right? What percentage of people you reckon they generally accept past the first interview..
