From a BOSer's perspective, I was helping out, we see a whole bunch of people all day. It's hard to remember anyone when alot of people either: giggle to each other looking at us, mumble something incoherent to themselves or each other, bundle up in groups/look in our direction, and none of these people say anything to us or introduce themselves. So yeah don't take offence if we don't recognise youse.
