I would suggest also using an iodine/ betadine gargle. It will really help.

It's an experience though, one of the worst things I've ever tasted.

Make sure you don't get an alcohol mouthwash, it will make it worse.

Two things:

1) My crim lecturer was gonna buy me a coffee apparently last lesson but I didn't rock up

2) I made friends with the kid who wears the ralph lauren stuff to uni and we decided we're gonna create a polo and sperrys club! we swapped numbers so we can colour co-ordinate (rocking up in the same coloured polos would be totally homo) and shits all planned out so yeah.

I've only got 5 polos to rock out with tho
