Why do you need emergency catch up lessons?:)
Well we haven't been taking clay/etc home because its delicate and heavy. Whole class is behind in the strict firing schedule as we havent finished the pieces we are meant to.

Probably too much mucking around :O

Aiming to get the work at least 90% done before the holidays . Which I hope won't be impossible?
But it is important to remember not to rush through your work for the sake of finishing-from experience it is better to finish just on time rather than way before time-the quality of work is usually higher given more time:) (I wish you the best of luck in achieving your goal-what's your conceptual concern and medium(s) you are working with?

Yep I'm not looking forward to carrying some of the pieces up, I'm really concerned I'll slip...

And if it doesn't look good it has the 'benefit' of having our names against it so everyone knows how good/terrible you work is as lots of people go and see it.

:( not looking forward to it at all...
Goodluck for when you hand it in

Hey guys! How's it going? Judging by all the posts, you guys have spent a ton of time on your BoW! How long do you think you spent on it overall? I'm not even sure how long I did mine for, I kind of lost track of time to be honest haha, but I'd say around 200 hours at least

woah that feels pretty rushed though!! did you feel like it got kinda overwhelming?
If it is not overwhelming, than it is not art...:) (jokes, it is not exactly rushed, because I planned my time so that i finish just on time...for me, having no extra time prevents myself from going back in the process of 'fixing up the artwork' to ending up possibly wrecking the artwork). But to be honest, I was constantly overwhelmed during my HSC-because my teacher would have many demands, I would have many other tasks i need to be occupied with, and it just seems never ending-but the sense of achievement at the end of it all was very rewarding:)
