Well it does depend on the unit/marker/referencing style

I know some ask for a reference list (that can only consist of things you've referenced in-text) and also a bibliography that contains those resources plus anything else

No, I wouldn't relocate to go to Uni considering the only Uni's I'm interested in attending are within an hour from where I live.

No, I wouldn't relocate to go to Uni considering the only Uni's I'm interested in attending are within an hour from where I live.

That is a massive + though if you can stay at home and not have to pay board or accommodation costs.

I can't wait to leave home though, all I ever hear is "This is my house, you can do what you want when I'm dead, until then.."
