Minimal (in fact, I ran through my trials with poor studying habits), the night-before kind of study. Its a bad habit because I had Physics the day before and would try over-study for a subject that was actually really hard for me. I still came out with a 90/100 (Independent paper). But he came out with a 93/100. Sigh.

I know! I know the fact that being 1% down from him isn't going to hit my HSC mark really hard. Its just, GAH! It looks better on the report to have that extra rank higher.

I went decent! 73% (which comparatively, is a lot better than my 63% in half yearly LOL) and the highest in the grade was 87% So I'm okay with it? Obviously not a Physics god here, just trying to make it out alive with a Band 5 (hopefully...)

Two kids sniped me in the software trial by like 5 marks because apparently writing "UI" and "UX" means less marks

The overall final ranking for the class:
1st - 94.7
2nd - 94.2
3rd (me) - 93.7

Imagine your teacher makes a minor mistake somewhere when marking and then all of a sudden you gain 1 extra mark and you are currently tieing first

HY reports got me a screaming/shouting/lecturing session in the school carpark before P/T interviews + silent treatment from the whole fam (mainly mum) for a solid ~2 weeks.
This... well fuck.

Sigh....i mean i only really wanna know my english since everything else is pretty clear cut, whereas theres like 0.5-1 mark difference between everyone in english
