No he didnt. SR 3u is really hard. You pree much have to get full marks in very exam. Plus rishi ranked 2nd in 3u after Raye internally.

I thought you just had to get 100 in externals?
I'm pree sure internals are irrelevant for sr purposes

But for 3u, the whole state rank list gets 100 external, so they differentiate by looking at internal as well
