yeag,,, i've honestly been just narrowing my focus to the subjects i'm actually gonna continue for y11 and halfassing any other subjects i still have major assignments on (bc all i need for those is to not fail, shit scores are just fine), but at least 3-4 projects (which i have barely progressed on) are due in like. less than 2 weeks (week 5) and i'm lowkey just procrastinating everything out of stress. not to mention i'm in a student-led newspaper club & i haven't made any progress on my pieces (poem & short story) which are due the same damn week. i'm halfway between shaking my desk into pieces or another weekend of stress-procrastination,,,,,,,,,
but bc of weird school stuff we have barely any assessments during term 4, and i'm definitely gonna try to rush a lot of pre-studying for y11 by then & during semester break. at least once we finish next term there's assessment-free holiday to get ready, bc rn i'm genuinely getting increasingly stressed about not being prepared for y11 more than i am for any of my assessments, which is very bad timing!!!

Ok an anecdote
In lebanon u have two choices to choose from when entering skl at the age of three (we have three stages for kindy) anyways, u either do arabic n english w french as a second langauge or arabic n french w english as a second language either way ur learning three langauges
ur second language u get one period a week to study (so rlly unimportant) but arabic n english/french every day
i did arabic n english w french n u guys can see how ‘good’ my english is (i went to a prestigious private skl - over there prestigious means eveyr student graduates w honours (top in the country) not expensive rich like knox or pymbles)
