Im not gonna do anything wow maybe just a normal (cake n presents) w my family
I did a hangout w my friends for my 15th bday but never again it wasnt as fun as i hoped it to be (maybe next yr w different friends?)

already 16, didn't do much ig?? honestly just go out and treat yourself to good food, buy stupid trinkets & maybe some expensive stuff. i recommend going out by yourself if you are gonna buy stuff, it honestly gets a little weird for me when spending my birthday out w/ friends because it places too much emphasis on what i want & it gets awkward real quick

well it didn't go too poorly... I answered everything there was just a few questions i wasn't happy about.
I forgot what the steps of a PIA were, what exactly a text-based editor was, and the difference between a hazard and a risk. but nothing that major just maybe not a b6

oh and also i forgot to ask for typing provisions until it was too late and so i had to use a scribe
my autistic ass did not enjoy that i hate communicating at the best of times so idk
hopefully i don't get marked down because she spelt industry-specific terminology wrong... it wasn't her fault but still...

when we had those boring ass mental health lectures they said to never say anything slang or 'yh i relate' apparently its better to say something like 'yh i can tell it hurts' or 'ik that its probably hard on u' but honestly idk if i would ever say that to anyone shits weird

Yea i get that sometimes a person might not really care or want to hear someones venting.
But imagine this person keeps their hurtful emotions to themselves always and when they finally open up to a person they think is important in their life (their boyfriend) - and they dismiss their feelings making them feel even more worthless. Like if it's over text at least put it in chat gpt or smth idc but make it decent, just don't make that person feel worse.

But It also depends on the context of their trauma. Still, don't reply with "That's crazy" though.
