isnt garden a positively skewed?? or am i tweaking
Basically if there are more scores less than the median then its negatively skewed and vice versa. I also thought it was positive at first glance but always look at how many scores are above or below the median

guys for skewness of box and whisker plots is it only considered negatively skewed if the median line is towards the right of the box? what if the line is in the centre of the box but the left "whisker" is longer than the right?

whiskers determine the skewness. so if one whisker is longer than the other then its skewed that way. also, do u guys reckon we need to know arithmetico-geometric series (yes im hearing this term for the first time in my life too) like this one? i found this in atar notes

isn't that when an AP and Gp is combined like in the question the AP series is 1+2+3+4... and GP is 1/6 + 1/6 ^2 ....
I've only seen these questions in like harder school trial papers otherwise they aren't that common
