i always thought that non- award guarantees you a spot in a BA at macq...

did you tell the SIBT guy that the non-award lady said you get a spot?
maybe you should email in your question to them...

My friend's waiting on his confirmation .. he got the GPA but I guess if he's waiting for this then it might not be guaranteed?

I was there at the Acst lecture and took up all of one of the professor's time askign questions. I spoke to two female professors and they were quite nice...told me that 2/3 of the Acst ppl do combined with App Fin. and im looking into this option.

ND, if you are around, i read u went from combined acst (with math) to App Fin... what influenced this decision of yours ?

I asked about merchant banking and investment banking and the professor said that to pursue something like taht u dont need ur part 3 exemption, she said part1 and 2 were good enough ? Also she mentioned the single Acst degree plus with the honour year. Can you do honours in Acst if ur doing combined or wud u just do it after finishing the combined degree?

In short, after finishing double. It's either finish off double degree or do honours in 4th year but not both.

Hey flyin can i ask why you wanted to do the math degree with acst? I was originally thinking of doing this but was under the impression that the App. Fin. could be more beneficial if say you didnt end up getting the part3 and going into employment in other financial sectors?
