Hey guys! Nice place you got here.

So I stumbled onto here, we're all probably curious on what our wages are for the first year. So lets post in this format, which I will do first!

State - Melb
Applied for - All 4
1st Round - Deloitte, PwC
Offer/s - Deloitte
Wage/s - $31k Deloitte in Growth Solutions!

Oh and if you are planning on going to deloitte (melb), as you know the dinner is on Thurs, so I'd like to talk to you to get to know you before hand! PM me :D

If it's any consolation, on day 1 of my cadetship our salaries were all updated to match the leading remuneration package offered by the most competitive Big4. Same applied to grads as well as undergrads.

Yeah, even then I'm sure Deloitte's would go up as well, as we start in a year, so what add 5%...around that I'm thinking.

Inflation + normal wage rise during the year period. Etc, I'm sure it will grow a little by next year. Oh and its not confidential, LOL, to tell others your wage. I mean did you tell your parents? (ok its a bit different, but still its not the confidential part of the contract).

No :) It all depends on the firm, other firms, etc..

... but also bear in mind, some firms include the textbook allowance as part of the "total remuneration" whilst others just give one-off payments at the beginning of each uni semester in addition to the normal monthly salary.

What do you mean? You get an extra $1,000 for every subject at uni you pass?

Sounds alright to me.
