I found this song really motivational during the HSC yr and other tough times. Anyone heard it? It's off the "Falling into You" album so not recent.

If you have any motivational songs that are applicable to a general audience - post up the lyrics. I'm sure there are heaps... I certainly drew inspiration from numerous other songs. I just happened to be listening to this one tonight when I posted this.

hmmm 'good riddance (time of your life)' by green day...makes me emotional because it also reminds me of the end of seinfeld lol

My grade was too anarchist to have a single grade anthem, although we did have 'Time Of Your Life' at graduation. As for songs that could possibly apply;

The Pixies-Weird At My School
Sonic Youth-Teenage Riot
The Flaming Lips-Fight Test. (Not hard really..Just think of the lyrics as a metaphor for the HSC. ;p)

every year at my school on the farewell assembly each grade has a goodbye act thing (like a song, play or something) then the year 7s make a tunnel for them to go out under.. and they all get roses
