It depends on the resources. There are exam papers that don't come with answers or solutions and there are papers that do come up with solutions. Unfortunately, many of the files that you will see do not come with solutions.

You need to find them by yourself. Put up questions up here if you don't know the answer, people here are quite intelligent. They will help you out.
