lol, i have no problem sleeping, i have problems staying awake :D

umm try having a bath or a shower before you go to bed
do meditation for 10 minutes, that usually works.
try not to go to sleep within 30 minutes of studying because your brain will still be active and it'll be hard to go to sleep with your brain buzzing with facts.

ooh and mozart is very helpful! none of the fast stuff, just calm pretty stuff. try counting the beat of the music along with a clock and if its slower than the clock, that's the stuff you should be listening to (music with 60 beats per minute is apparently the most effective for studying)

I still can't sleep properly at all.. My body clock is all messed up. I've been trying different things to get me to sleep like listening to relaxing music, drinking warm milk, reading before bed.. None of it works!! All I can do is lie there with my eyes shut pretending I'm asleep until eventually (about 2-3 hours later) I fall asleep.. And I can't sleep in the day for some weird reason.. grrrrr stupid HSC exams.. oh well 3 weeks left!

*****BEST WAY TO FALL ASLEEP*****

If you can (I know for most this isn't possible), but here's the best advice:

Cuddle up to bf/gf and fall asleep in their arms. I was heaps stressed, and every single night can get about 9 hrs of sleep!! ;)

If you can't do this, meditate! think about "Your Happy Place"!! (It worked for Happy Gilmore) :)
