Anyone received a confirmation letter for Usyd Scholarships? (1 Viewer)

I'm just curious as to whether anyone who applied for USyd Scholarship for school leavers, has received some sort of confirmation of receipt - letter or email?

I just hope mine arrived.. I spent weeks putting it all together, and if it's been lost in the mail I'll be uber pissed.

Yeah, I got the email yesterday saying they've received my appication.

And I sent mine by platnium express post, as I was freaked out they wouldn't get it...

From the Scholarship Application form:

31st October 2008
Have you received your scholarship confirmation letter yet? If yes, everything is fine. If not, ring the Scholarships and Prizes Office on 9351 2717. We might not have received your application.

It also says that you have until the 10th of November to contact them if you haven't received a confirmation letter. I'm guessing they'd get a lot of applications so perhaps a fair few people will get a confirmation letter/e-mail early and a number later on. So going by that we all have until the 31st of October until we need to panic.

lol same... and it took me weeks to put all together - i would definitely be pissed if it got lost in the mail. but i'm hoping i get that confirmation email soon....

woot... received my confirmation of receipt email today. that was a big relief.

yeah i got mine, posted it at 16:30 the day before it was due though. Was relieved they got it.

got email; i physically gave my application in cos i only got the final components on the morning it was due.
