Oh man, I actually thought I was half ready for it, but now I'm not so sure... I need to revise more. And actually get it all drilled in, too..

History: problems faced by women/migrants in their struggle for rights and freedoms?

solve for m:

m^2 - 6m - square root(m^2 - 6m - 3) = 5
m^2-6m-5=sqrt(m^2-6m-3)
2=sqrt(m^2-6m-3)
4=m^2-6m-3
m^2-6m-7=0
(m+1)(m-7)=0
m= -1, 7

Q. In what ways did Robert Menzies manipulate the Petrov affair for his own political advantage?
Robert Menzies announced the defection of Vladmir Petrov just before parliament closed for the federal election of 1954. This, um, decreased the chance of Labor's victory as the media manipulated this incident to portray the Labor Party as having links to communists. By announcing the defection of Vladmir Petrov right before the federal election, Robert menzies was able to manipulate the petrov affair to his own political advantage and win the election of 1954.

Q. Name the six laws concerning women's changing rights and freedoms that decreased the 'gap' between men's and women's opportunities/ gender discrimination in the post-WWII period.

hope that's not a really weird question... o_O

Trials were for the SC subjects (eng sci maths geo his IT) and I've got yearlies for the rest of them .... mostly electives.

:( I can't even sell my textbooks till then. I feel like burning my geo and history ones. Actually, I'd rip them to shreds THEN burn them.

So are most of you like FREE to do anything in class after next week or what??
sell your textbooks? =S lol, don't you give them back to your school book hire or something?

haha, i'm pretty much free after the SC, however our teachers kinda had a feeling no one would bother showing up anymore so they were like, just come for the sake of learning, pleasee? lol

I seem to care less and less about the SC the closer it gets .. =S .. weiiirdd.

My school doesn't lend textbooks... we have to buy them - either new from a bookstore through the school or secondhand from an older student. Then we sell them at the end of the year to the year below...

I didn't care about studying for SC until now............... Now that we don't even have a week left it just feels so..... close...... and HUGE hmmmmmmmm makes me think 'maybe I should have started studying a little sooner' :uhoh:

Inference is a theory based on multiple observations.
A conclusion is the actual answer to your question.

Maths 5.1: 2t - {(t+1)/3}

To be honest and this is very embarrassing, I don't really know. Is it 5t+1/3?
6t/3 - (t+1)/3
6t/3 + (-t-1)/3
5t-1/3

I think thats the answer... You forgot to make the one negative... i think

A wave can either be electromagnetic or mechanical. There are many different types of electromagnetic waves (gamma, x-ray, infra-red, uv radiation, microwaves, radiowaves) and the two types of mechanical waves are longitudinal and transverse waves.

Waves are carriers or energy not matter.

How was Australia's relationship with the rest of the world affected by the Vietnam war?

It's the reason why you are doing the experiment. The thing you're measuring.
What do you need in your method for an experiment to get full marks for say a 6 mark question?
eg. control

Variables (controlled, dependent, & the one you change (forgot it's name).
Steps you used in detail.
Diagrams.

Discuss the way women went about achieving independence.
