Hi guys, i currently go to a selective school thats ranked around the 40/50's in NSW. i was just wondering if someone could please give me an atar estimate based on my internals because my school won't do them for us and im stressing rly bad cos i feel like ive done so bad so far in all my subjects except maths adv.

Maths Adv: 20/109 - avg mark is around 90
Maths Ext 1: 51/86 - avg mark is 70
Eng adv: 80/156 - avg is around 75
Biology: 35/59
Chemistry: 39/70
Pdhpe: 15/29

if you get like mid band 5 in bio chem pdhpe then probably like 85 atar

you gotta give how much people got band 6s for each of ur subj in previous yrs

oh wait mb if the averages u stated are the avg b6s then approx. 93 - 94 atar (assuming you get mid b5s for bio chem and pdh).

nah those r my avg marks so far
i think last yr 7ppl got band 6's in bio, none for chem , 5 for pdhpe, 28 for maths ext 1, 36 for maths adv, 28 for english adv

so purely based on those:
i think ull safely get:
92 maths adv
85 maths ext
80 pdh
80 chem
80 bio
80 adv eng

this is equivalent to around 87. So I think youll be looking for roughly 87+ at least

There are actually quite a few selective schools within that range: Hurlstone, SGGHS, Penrith; etc.

At first glance i would say low 90s but i think it depends mostly on your cohort
