Hi guys, I've got my English trials next week, and i was just wondering if it's okay for me to be using two short stories as related material in my essay?

Yeah why not? Just treat them as two seperate related texts.

Though it looks a bit more sophisticated if you do different text types with your core and related because then the marker thinks you are more adaptable etc.

yeah got a few sample essays etc - told us whats not going to be in the test - and also gave us sophisticated ideas for creatives =P
