Do unused free transfers carry over into the next week? I'm pretty sure both Cisse and Forsell will start next week and King's recovered so I don't really want to change anything right now.

Nope, you get X amount per season and your not limited to how many you use per week ( but yeah comes with points deductions ).

I cant really understand how matt won last year when he makes whole sale (ok 3 players - loss of 8 pts) after the first game.

No one really jumps out at me after game week one that says 'i scored alot of points this week and i can do it again every week'

Im giving my team a few weeks to show how they are playing, and having said that im also giving the player on my watchlist a few weeks to, 1performance doesnt win a comp.

How old is henry now? I still think he is due for a dry patch or an injury, and that he will become cheaper at some point in the season...

8 points is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Overall- I scored something like 1150 points last year. I agree that it was a stupid move...but losing 4 points to replace underperforming players with better players can really be worth it in the long run. At most times last year my players earnt back their 4 points in the week I traded them.

I plan to take out the sportal comp this year too .

Yeh i had a shit start to the season as well, so many random players like ethrington and bent being top point scorers this week

i also made a few wholesale changes as routledge is injured

I suppose for me I dont want to go around making 3 subs after the players have put in just one performance, I never expected them to perform every week, and no player does.

Still im considering a couple of transfers... not sure if davids was such a good buy. Im also wondering about Forsell and Bent(everton) Might look at trading Davids and Bent for a couple of cheaper players next week, then using the funds to buy henry.

Im also annoyed at routledges injury, shipped him out before his value fell thou.

Bought a nice little wigan athletic player... Im predicting a solid run of early season results for wigan after this weekend.

yes u can change players, but not at the same time which they are playing ... so you will have to wait till the gameweek is finished, then in the break between the gameweeks you can change your squad (1 free change per week, any extras will deduct 4 points from your score)

That site provides daily injury reports and expected returns. So I can say right now, Davids is very doubtful to play this weekend.

Wow.. I got thoroughly owned last night. 19 lousy points from 8 matches. Better hope Cech saves a bundle.. let's say 12, Lampard scores a hattrick and Fabregas gets a single goal. tonight. I knew I should've dumped Forssell for Bent!

i dont expect huge changes in the rankings tongiht, most teams have lampard, henry and 1 defender (gk included) from chelsea.

if henry scores shitloads i could be in trouble thou, come on cahill!!!

im really starting to think cech and henry might have been worth the asking price

cech, henry, lampard, terry is a solid 4 which you can build a team around with cheaper players...

I think Cech is a bit rich for a GK, but alot of successful teams have him. Im building around Lampard, Henry and Terry. Though im tempted to trade Terry for a 7 mil defender. Anyway yeah Forssel is taking his sweet time to get back into form, so I might get rid of him.
