thanks Moonlight! i feel special, you left all my posts here :)

so the issue of these kids still remains

i can see alot of people would think that because they are under 16 they didnt know what the ywere doing was wrong... like i would think how the hell would a 12 yr old know how to rape someone? maybe he was just dragged along with it orsomething... but then the girl was 13 which makes me think maybe this was planned and all the accused had a say in the plans... including the 16yr old who was probably just a lookout.

so is this 12yr old very malicious or something? goes around raping people like wtf? surely he knew that was wrong, its one of the few basic laws that everyone kows about, murder, stealing, rape... eveyrone knows not to do that, even a 5yr old realises that first two are wrong and probably doesnt know what rape is.

so why did they do it? they probably have issues at home or something to make them that messed up that they go and rape a little girl. I bet the mother is out for blood haha.

when shit like this happens and makes me wonder what society is ocming to. maybe child rearing should be more closely monioted... like a compulsory once off deposit in the sperm bank, bisectemy and t hen you have to sit a test and recive qualifications to be a decent parent s othat you dont raise messed up kids... and anyone who doesnt raise t heir kids right is as good as responsible.

all i know is if this happened to my sister, i wouldnt care that one of them was only 12, i would hunt down each and every one of them and do what their parents should have done a long time ago.
teach them right from wrong.
the hard way.
with a soldering iron. :)

Fair enough, I agree with you on many of those points. I'm a big fan of a society regulated by vendetta.

But, have you not read Lord of the Flies? Whilst it is only a book, it fully explores the ability of the young, male psyche to be transported from the highs of moralism to the gorey depths of unthinking violence and cannibalism.

Boys have the ability to whip themselves up to do anything.

But, whilst differential association and peer-pressure are reasons for their actions; they are by NO means an excuse...

hmm...
first off: for those who are complaining about not being able to charge these 'kids' as adults...I totally agree, but the only way to change such atrocious laws is to become advocates for charging the underaged for the most heinous of crimes...But then again, when 'kids' start doing 'adult' things...should they not be charged as adults??

But damn. 13. That's what? year 7 or 8?? Oh for crying out friggin loud, castrate them and throw them into an unhygenic environment :) Okay that's a bit demonic, but then so is raping someone when you should be thinking about yu-gioh or handball...

i think its fucked up that the 16 yr old didnt even get charged or anything - he was there, he saw it happen, and he did nothing? what kind of heartless coward do you have to be to do that? watching a rape (or any other crime for that matter) and not doing anything when you know full well what's happening is just as bad if not worse than actually committing the crime yourself imo. and isnt there a law about this kind of thing anyway? like "accesory after the fact" or something? i dont know, but im sure there's something. at least i hope so.

they didnt say what race they are because they are prolly anglo
in orange..or maybe aboriginals..but im sure that area is more aussie dominated
ive been there like 3 times..
they would let you know if these boys were of asian or middle eastern background
not that it makes a difference...im sure we are disgusted reguardless what natio they are...
after all its not about their ethnicity because no ethnicity encourages rape and shit...its disturbing
but such is life
My god you are a fucking moron. Every single one of your posts is filled with supidity and generalisations.

And seeing as how you've been to Orange a whole 3 times, you must no the area perfectly, and know the demographics and what not, and know that it's filled to the brink with anglos. Well sunshine, I don't know who did it, and frankly I don't care - either way, they're little monsters who stand to grow into marvelous adults. Orange, as with many large towns in the Central West has a high aboriginal population, depending on which part of Orange you're in. I'm not saying in was aboriginals, I'm simply pointing out you clearly have no idea of the area and I suggest you keep your closed minded and ill informed comments to yourself in future.

Also, the reason the race was withheld was, not because all anglo australians are racists peices of shit (although, I'm sure you'd have us believe otherwise) but rather there was no need - the race is broadcasted when they're still looking for the perp, or when race was the determining factor in the crime. In this case, neither applied.

You really need to loose that 'Us and Them' mentality, because really, your no better than a Tasmainian Red Neck.
