doesn't the SWOT analysis go under the marketing section?? Cos its like viewing its competitors and stuff??? I don't think it goes under executive summary. :confused:

in the business plan template our teacher gave us, the SWOT analysis is under Situational Analysis which also has the stuff on the competitors

your thinking of a marketing plan


i went back to my prelim stuff seems so long ago and the criteria says executive summary can include a swot if necessary although to me it does make logical sense to put it in the marketing part

i thought executive summary was to state the purpose of the report and whats included.
*shrugs*
but yep SWOT does under situational analysis
