This is probably just a typo. To get the answer in kilobytes, this is done using:



Going from bits to bytes involves dividing the numerator by 8. Now, going from bytes to kilobytes involves dividing the numerator by 1024, which technically means that 8 is multiplied by 1024, all as follows:
