For the creative say the question is based on this "discuss the concept of belonging to places". Can you still talk about not belonging to places? My teacher says yes but want to double check

I think ur teacher says yes cuz it says "discuss"
As in the definition from bos is to provide points for and/or against
I think its good to talk both not belonging and belonging
It doesnt say specific that you can only talk abt sense of belonging to places anyway right
