hey, this is a long shot but...I was just wondering whether or not the head of department can kick you out of the course based on a mark? I find it somewhat unfair as many people still want to change other subjects at this point, however are not allowed as the Curriculum co-ordinator has said its too late, but still we are literally being threatened to get kicked out if we don't get 80% in our physics exam?

any insights, thoughts?

maybe at like ruse or some super srs school but I dont think so normally

No you can't be rmoved from a course that you have been allowed into unless you get a certain mark. The school also can't refuse to allow you to start a course, unless the subject is full e.g. 24 in Physic and you came 25th in Year 10 and everyone above wants to do Physics then you can be stopped but otherwise 'no'.
