Can you use your ATAR from last year to transfer? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, got a 97.95 ATAR in 2012 - decided to do a BCom @ USYD as opposed to doing Law/Business at UTS. I now realise I really want to study law, and a transfer internally to USYD doesn't look feasible. Hence, I ask: Can I use my ATAR to transfer to UTS Law/Business?

I think it depends! One of my friends only did 7 subjects last year and they only used her atar to transfer

Another one of my friends did 8 subjects and they used both her atar and WAM

but you should probably ask

Would I do that by ringing/e-mailing them then?

Call the UTS Law student centre. I'm fairly sure they use either your first year uni grades or your ATAR, whichever is higher.
