Not matter what, you still have to pay for a public library card:).

Are you doing the CSSA test? If so, it is not that hard, except for the extended responses but I always go bad in them anyway:rolleyes:.

yes
It would be street lighting, because it comes closest to being both non-rival and non-excludable

Whatever that means. Anyway, someone could argue that you have to pay for street lighting through your taxes couldn't they:confused:?

Yeh, AGB is from Knox...rich boy :)

The answer of course was street lighting, which was so obvious I dont know why they asked it.

The hardest Question in the paper was the "How does microeconomic reform complement macroeconomic policy?"

What did you guys put?

Hehe I had a mental block, just said that it affecdts the AS side of the economy, tahat macro is ineffective against. I also said that it is a long term solution, and by improving productivity, and skill levels in Australian industry through restructuring processes, they are improving Australian international competition.

Is it just me, or does everyone else hate the Catholic Trials with a passion? :)

ummm

macro policy' is aimed at stablisation and will not effectively achieve and improve economic objectives and macro does not guarantee positive changes on an industry level, especially on technology and skilling and export performance
and that trade liberalisation & structural adjustment will always centrepieces for long term economic development in our globalised economy

Our teacher crossed that question off from our exam because we've only started topic 4. So yeh, she changed the question with easier questions on which country has a comparative adv. on a good... lucky for us!
