Never cheated.

If I wanted someone else, I would break up with my boyfriend first. I would never cheat.

well if u develop a crush on someone, but don't do anything about it as you're more attached to your girlfriend I don't see the problem.
people develop crushes all the time. even when they're married

Ditto to that.

And, in regard to your question, I think emotional cheating is far worse.

i have cheated on my (first) ex (just pashing another guy, nothing else involved). i regret it, i was utterly stupid and dont know why i did it. i'd never do it again (even if my life depended on it!)

dreamy: what're we defining as emotional?

Hmm... as in, being in love with someone but not actually doing anything that would usually count as cheating (holding hands, kissing, hugging, sexing...).

I have cheated several times on one of my past partners. They were all purely on a physical level, and each involved varying degrees of 'activity'. Unfortunately I cannot say that I will not cheat again on a new partner...

Nah, my flames are too good for you.

I can't decide which one's worse. They're both really terrible. If you ask me to pick one over the other I'll run away and cry.

I'd say a combination of physical and emotional is the worst, followed by emotional.

Cheating in general is a grey area.

But my question is: is it worse to be drunk and to physically cheat, or to be sober and to emotionally cheat (e.g. cybersex).

If he was so drunk that he thought the random he slept with was me... then I'd say the sober cybersex is worse.
