From first hand experience drunkness is not at all an excuse for cheating. If you can manage to cheat then you can manage to say no.
Would you be angry if your girlfriend cheated on you?krayziekarnevil said:From first hand experience drunkness is not at all an excuse for cheating. If you can manage to cheat then you can manage to say no.

Yes, ofcourse. Who would not be?Dreamerish*~ said:Would you be angry if your girlfriend cheated on you?
its still cheating even if it is not emotional...whiterabbit said:Maybe there's some subconscious yearning lurking behind this, but i don't believe that i am emotionally cheating just because i'm a bit lecherous when drunk.
Sheesh, way to completely ignore my second paragraph...krayziekarnevil said:its still cheating even if it is not emotional...
Yet you cheat repeatedly without a care in the world.krayziekarnevil said:Yes, ofcourse. Who would not be?

Yeah me too.Dreamerish*~ said:Never cheated.
If I wanted someone else, I would break up with my boyfriend first. I would never cheat.
Alcohol doesnt make your a dickhead, it just makes you an even bigger one..same with drugs, it doesnt make you a slut, just reduces your inhibitions so you feel no guiltwhiterabbit said:And while i'm not saying it's right, i think that drugs (and many other things!) can mess with your judgement and they can partially account for your actions.
I don't get it.AsyLum said:Alcohol doesnt make your a dickhead, it just makes you an even bigger one..same with drugs, it doesnt make you a slut, just reduces your inhibitions so you feel no guilt

Sheesh, talk about bigotry.OZGIRL86 said:Exactly.
Being drunk is not an excuse.
No matter how much I have to drink I still have a fair idea of what's happening around me and can still manage to say "no" if I have to.
I'm not saying that everyone has the same reaction as me.That's just from my experience.whiterabbit said:Sheesh, talk about bigotry.
Because obviously everyone has the same reaction to you when they drink copious amounts of alcohol and mix it with backyard shit.
Well, what would you say is a good excuse/reason for cheating?OZGIRL86 said:I'm not saying that everyone has the same reaction as me.That's just from my experience.
IMO someone using the excuse that they were drunk and that's why they cheated is not a good excuse or reason.
there isnt one (i kno u were talkin to ozgirl but i thought id answer anyway!)whiterabbit said:Well, what would you say is a good excuse/reason for cheating?
I can't think of one.Because I don't think there is a good excuse or reason.whiterabbit said:Well, what would you say is a good excuse/reason for cheating?
It's fair for you to say that you don't think that you would accept a relationship if your partner cheated on you - it's your relationship, after all.OZGIRL86 said:I can't think of one.Because I don't think there is a good excuse or reason.
I really don't think I would be able to continue a relationship with someone who cheated on me, I wouldn't be able to fully trust them again.
