I just typed my mid course results into SAM, and it gave me a UAI of 82.60. hmmmm. Im probably gonna get shot for saying this but...not very happy.

SAM is designed for HSC marks, not half yearly marks so it is not a fair indication of how you're going to go. Use it when you get your HSC marks.

Extension 1 Maths - 47% (but I was second in our class, top was only 53%, so I don't count that as a fail. In my own imagination, I didn't fail.)

Chemistry - 81% (don't know the precise rank, but probably about fourth or fifth)

Modern History - 90% (third place, I think)

Ancient History - 89% (2nd or 3rd place)

Extension History - 90% (1st place)

(CSSA trials for all of them, Chem and Maths papers a bit edited from the original CSSA ones)

haha dw my marks are no where near the 90s most ppl are getting, so far have gotten Eng Adv, Maths 2 unit and SOR back today

Eng Adv: overall 83% [rank not sure]
Maths 2 unit: haha 68% [rank: 5/29]

I failed everything. I'm so depressed about it at the moment. How did eeryone get in the f***ing 90's for all their subjects. So far, I have gotten back Religion (failed), 2 unit Maths (failed?? How??), Maths Extension (failed very badly) and English (failed every section except for the part on Emma and Clueless). it's very depressing.
Congrats to all you smart people.

Excellent stuff mate!! I'm impressed, considering it was a pretty hard exam (in my opinion).

Seems pretty competitive at your school if you don't top it.

i think your just exaggerating. i so far have only failed chem...48%!....and i might fail 2unit maths...but dont worry try your best in the hsc.

English Adv 54/100% ( yea yea... I had 3 minutes to write my short story.. ) I need a clock... that beats me when I don't stick to time..

General Maths 64/100% ( ahhh jeez )

SOR1U /100%

P.D.H.P.E 61.5/100% ( rank 26/60)

Legal Studies /100%

Modern History 70/100% ( not impressed here at all... This is one of my strongest subjects... I practically re-wrote my Weimar assessment essay (96%) which explained the collapse of Weimar and received 18/25 for it.. when other people who winged it got 23/25... I'll be having a chat with my teacher about where he thought I went wrong there...

i got back english paper 1 and also maths ext 1 today..
english.. the mark i expected.. and maths.. sorta the mark that i expected considering i knew that i didnt answer 20marks.. but stupid silly mistakes cost me!! .. ended up coming 4th (70%). but my mark was really close to 5th and 6th.. and the top 4 were ext 2 peoples.. (a really big gap between 1st and 4th by 18%)
i think im rank 3 overall.. i wanted to be first!! but now that theres no longer any more assessments.. im stuffed!! hehe.. i should have studied more!!.. i only studied the weekend b4 the exam.. and i never did my hw.. ohwells..

Thanks man, found out I came equal first in the trials and as such have 1st rank overall Hopefully you did well in your exams as well
