I have absolutely no idea...it was for christmas casual position but i havnt even gone to any interviews...they sent the email about 2 days after i did the online assessment. Im guessing they dont have any positions available

it really helps if you know someone in the ColesMyer store.
I've been working at BiLo for about 7 months now. When I orginally applied, it was through Best employment who was doing a recruitment drive for BiLo.
Everyone who showed up had to have done an application online and the IQ test thingy, which I had done about a year before that.
So, on the day Best took us round I decided to get myself known so I spoke to the admin assis. who was doing the "introduction to BiLo" (if you will) and then he started emailing me from his personal address and tried to hurry things up for me.
Then one day I got the email saying "Congratulations on joining the ColesMyer team at BiLo".
Then I did the induction training online which took me all dam day!
Then the admin ass. kept emailing me and I started within a week.
Now he's just organised a fulltime contract for me, how's that! You can get anywhere with ColesMyer!!

Typically: 6 hours. Yes you get paid.
