how rat is it when they give u a shift of like 4 hrs and 15 mins when if u work 4 hrs and 30 mins u get a 15 min break.

i've never had a shift that has exceeded four hours, no shit.

woah u serious? the longest ive had was like 8 hrs...but that was only once, all the rest are around 3-5 hrs shifts. Im thinking of asking to b a part timer but meh, then the rate goes down.

When I worked at Coles they always gave me heaps long shifts like 7/8 hours
They were killers
