Well I had none when I applied for Kmart

argh i got the job last yr but i havent got any shifts yet, they called me this week for the shifts but all mobile n home phone was unattended...i could do with a little more cash

Do you mean you went through the xmas casual recruitment? And they're calling you for shifts NOW? That just seems a little odd cos I know our store is overstaffed cos the managers are too nice to make anyone leave! But it sucks cos we're getting less shifts cos they've gone back to a normal payroll budget and can't afford to give all the casuals many shifts.

Sales is actually convincing someone to buy something... e.g. a car dealer, a whitegoods dealer etc. Customer service is serving the customer what they want.

I was just wondering, if you screw it up, does it prevent you from ever applying again? Or if you do apply again, will they remember and take into account all your screwups from the previous attempt?
