I've got a delima... I was with a female friend of mine and we were going inside a shop so naturally I said "ladies first" just to be polite... and then she proceeds to say "well you should go first then shouldn't you?"

Ouch.

Does anyone have a good comeback for that line?

the comeback? dont be a tool and do stupid shit like ladies first. Dont be the nice guy, be more of a asshole, barge your way infront and say men first, or something hardcore like that.

But upon finding yourself in that situation, you can try and get a laugh out of her, by skipping through the door or something feminine like that. There isnt always a need for a comeback, taking an insult gracefully is sometimes more manly than slamming the girl into the pavement with a comeback...sometimes

Haha this happened to me too. If it's just you and her, you should ignore it and let it go. But if you're with a group of friends, say to her "yeah why should you go first? You're not my bitch!"
