Comm/Science vs Comm/arts? PLease someone help me! (1 Viewer)

I am completely torn between these two combined degrees.

I am more interested in science and maths than I am in the arts subjects like history, but I only do 2unit maths am quite bad it, and doubt I would be capable of 4unit maths.
(im rank 35/90 in 2u, school rank 7)

However arts, I am very good at for some reasons, and am topping both extension english and modern history. I enjoy writing, but I don't really enjoy the content (although I love film and film studies which I think is offered at USYD).

So yeah im tossing up between being bad at something I sort of like, or being good at something I sort of dislike.

Considering im probably going to hate commerce anyway which of these should I choose? Can you do many eletives from arts if I choose comm/sci and vice versa? Will I get destroyed in a stastics major without having any natural mathematical ability???

haha nah mate I reckon you should pick Comm/Science because it'll be better in the long run. And besides, you're not even that bad at science!
Oh and your rank in Math is still equivalent to a low band 6!

how is commerce the safest way to get it if

you're not going to be motivated to study for it

ie

you'll get bad marks

so no one will hire you
