LCD = Liquid Crystal Display
CRT = Cathode Ray Tube

Basically LCD screens are way better in picture quality and smaller in size compared to a CRT screen (older tvs are CRT).

Their both not really that worth it.

The second one actually is pretty crap. For those specifications you can probably get it cheaper still.

The first one is pretty good with a FX5600.

My opinion is to get pentium because if you want to play hardcore games and want performance, although AMD is better in terms of that, it can get extremely hot and you'd find that a lot of time they'd freeze and you'd need to restart your computer unless you got proper cooling.

Pentium, 1 fan = enough
AMD, 3 fans = not enough..

my mum got hers for $899.....it's pretty good....now
when we brought it home it already had 5 viruses!!!!!!!!!!
