Given the speeds under discussion the train/tunnel will invariably ionise instantly on impact. The energy transfer would propably be sufficient to cause a nuclear explosion large enough to sterilise the planet.

I really wouldnt worry about the planet, the frictional force generated by the air on the train would of destroyed the earth before that.
