Just flipping through job ads...whats a corporate finance lawyer? is that people who did finance/law especially? or it dun really matter as long as you got a law degree and experience in that area?

is corporate law one of the specialisations you can take in law?

corporate law is one of the many spoecialisations u can take. i would think that u would of had done something related to finance/accounting to be able to specialise it that field, or else, u would have no idea on the workings behind the finance industry, thus rendering urself useless

well there's a law elective thats 'commercial finance' but not corporate law..at unsw anyway...and corporate finance is something you specialise in in finance..
