hey, is anyone doing or has done these courses at UWS?

- B Communication
- B Science (Forensic Science)
- B Medical Science
- B Social Science

Are they good and which would you say is the hardest?

im most probably going to be transferring to social science next year so basically yeh im goin social science (im doin all social science units this semester)

social science is very interesting but really depends on you, i prefer criminology and sociology over psychology because psychology, while interesting, and some parts are great, as a whole isn't my cup of tea.

my friend does communications and he likes it. I might do some electives in that course and may do it as a 2nd degree because i want to either be a criminologist or a music journalist

Hey! I'm doing B Communications and I'm in my final year. I love it! Once you get into the course you can choose from different majors. Either journalism, advertising, media arts production or Public Relations. You'd probably enjoy the course if you like writing. There's some info on all the different courses at this site:

you need to maybe ask about the specific 'major' you want to do becase within each of these generic courses there are a lot of different things...

eg social science has units which fit i suppose content from business, arts, law-ish and other schools so the content of the course depending on your major can be hugely different :)
