I've been doing practice crime questions all weekend and I'm just up to a question where I can't think anymore, from the Independant Trials 2006,
Question 17 (d) With reference to a current criminal justice issue, assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal system in achieving justice for both individuals and society - 10 marks.

Its so general, what i do talk about to compact it into a good 10 marks without sounding blurry.

sheesh! i hate legal

umm maybe talk about.. (i just flipped to the textbook)
the notions of formal equality and how they hide institutionalised inequality
specifying: equality, accessibility, enforceability, resource efficiency.. whether laws reflect community standards........ recidivism->ineffectiveness etc
