Has anyone already done the CSSA Maths trial ? Will it be posted on here before next week ? Wishful thinking :) :) Just thought it would be interesting to see into the future ...

So, what does CSSA stand for anyway ?

all the schools doing the CSSA trials will do the exam at the same time.. like hsc, so you cant get a copy of the exam before hand.. plus we wont be putting up the 2002 trials untill a week or two after the trials have been done.

Our school doesn't do the CSSA papers after all. We do the ones called "Independent."

No idea, but we did our exam today. The fire alarm went off 10 minutes before the end of the exam and they made us finish early. Just as I was about to have a breakthrough on a question ! They will give us more marks or something like that for having to finish before time.

Did yours have a question about calculating the volume of a cylinder which looked like a drink can and it had the word "buddy" on the side of it ?

It was a weird paper actually, first 6 questions were really easy, 6-9 were a little tricky but not to bad.....typical 2 unit questions and
question 10 was a shocker......
It was this crazy GP which was about a page long with all these symbols, i think most 4 unit students would struggle with it lol .....but it was an internal paper and overall (unless I make a lot of silly mistakes as usual) I should do alright
